Our process.

  • Step 1: Getting to Know You

    Please shoot us an inquiry by using the button above. Within 24 hours, I will email you my pricing information and a follow-up questionnaire that asks further questions about you and your fiancé. If you are interested in booking, we will arrange a time to speak via phone or face-to-face virtual consultation and do a little getting to know each other (my preference is face-to-face)! Why? Because in addition to being a fan of my style, you'll want to determine that we are a great match and that I'm someone you see fitting into the celebration!

  • Step 2: Save the Date

    We're a MATCH! Now it's time to lock down that date. A custom online booking proposal where you can review your tailored collections and pay your deposit to make everything officially official will be sent your way after your consultation. Once your deposit is paid, and the contract is signed, you're an official Amorata Films Couple, and it's time to get started!!

  • Step 3: Timeline Prep

    Two months from your big day, we’ll start ensuring that we’re completely prepared and ready for your wedding! Together we will build a custom videography timeline to ensure that you don’t miss out on your dream wedding video! We plan everything from getting ready, family portrait, and the cake cut to the minute. We work with you (and your planner) to plan your day so that you can have the perfect timeline for a videography-friendly wedding day.

  • Step 4: The Big Day

    The day has arrived!! We'll be by your side to capture those timeless memories of every detail you poured your heart into across the planning stage and the final payment is due by now. Our mission is simple. To put you at ease so that you may enjoy your special day to the fullest without any worry that all the small and big moments are artfully captured! Just Relax! We got your back.

    After the wedding, you can expect a sneak peek of your wedding films within the following 3 weeks. Just in time to share with all your closest friends.

  • Step 5: Delivery

    You can expect delivery of your final edits within 8-12 weeks from your wedding date. You will be able to download/share the videos with friends and family and post links to your social media.

    If you purchased physical copies (DVD or RAW footage flash drives) those will be sent to the address of your choosing once the edits are complete.
